Yesterday was our last full day. The last time we would go
to bed here and the last time we would have a normal farmstay day. It was my
birthday, and for breakfast we had Swedish pancakes. Since it was a Wednesday,
we had science with Doug, and after finishing some geology, we went to the bird
blind, which everyone loves. We saw 69 goldfinches, and doves, juncos, purple
finches, downy woodpeckers, a red-bellied woodpecker, bluejays, chickadees,
nuthatches and a few other birds. Some people were taking pictures of the
birds and got one of a bluejay in flight. We spent more time than we were
supposed to there, and we were late for lunch because we were having so much fun
at the bird blind.
