Maple Syrup Update

There have been a few questions about the syrup season. If we did not get a real Winter, then when does Spring start? We usually start tapping the first week of March. Our neighbors are out tapping now, so we will begin tapping with Farm Stay 3 next week. If want to be involved, send us an email or keep checking the blog for updates.
