Maple Tapping

Today was our first day of maple sugaring. I personally truly enjoyed this process. First we had a lesson on how to tap into the maple trees correctly, then we had a lesson on why the maple sugaring works, then finally we went out and actually worked on tapping the trees. We split into groups of three; I went into a group with Yonci and Sophia. Luckily we had the privilege to use the electric drill, which enabled us to go about twice as fast as our peers who had to use hand drills.
