Last Syrup of the Year
Our Junior High was here to finish the syrup season. Dave Z. led the students in collecting the sap, stoking the fire and then finishing and bottling the syrup.
Then today they went out took down all the bags and cleaned the taps and put everything away until next Spring. Big WORK!
